NP Strategies, LLC dba Mobility 4 Public Safety (M4PS) holds an active Texas DIR cooperative contract (DIR-CPO-6174), giving eligible public entities a fast, compliant path to procure Bridge4PS solutions — including licensing, deployment, user management, and automation services. Pricing is pre-negotiated and DIR-approved, simplifying the procurement process for government agencies, public safety organizations, and educational institutions across Texas.
