Estefanía Ortegón Aguirre is the Chief of Staff at Bridge4PS, where she leads company-wide coordination, streamlines processes, and ensures the successful execution of initiatives that strengthen communication and interoperability for public safety agencies nationwide.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, she brings a rare blend of operational expertise and creative problem-solving to her work, and is planning to further her education with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology to expand her technical capabilities.

Her career spans HR operations, procurement, e-commerce, and executive support, including coordinating large teams, managing resources for high-volume departments, and delivering results in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Estefanía combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, applying a meticulous approach to process improvement, compliance, and project delivery.
